Are you passionate about learning, knowledgeable about AI tools, and able to transform expert knowledge into engaging self-paced courses? We're now hiring two digital education producers for YrkesAkademin. About the Role We're launching the production and sale of digital educational content – practical self-paced courses that help working professionals develop their skills on the job. The subjects span various professional fields such as transportation, industry, and hospitality. Many of our courses are mandatory training programs with strict industry requirements, often in complex and technical subjects. Your task will be to make difficult material understandable, engaging, and easy for working adults with diverse backgrounds to learn. You will have full responsibility for developing the courses. This includes: Gathering knowledge from subject matter experts Writing scripts Creating, structuring, and packaging content Building courses in authoring tools Publishing in our LMS You'll be part of our digital education development team. We oversee various training projects but work closely together, share experiences, and develop our methods collaboratively. You'll also collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing, and sales to create courses that meet industry needs. Your Responsibilities Identify needs and develop content for digital courses from start to finish Collaborate with subject matter experts and colleagues in sales and marketing Build pedagogically sound self-paced courses using digital authoring tools Use AI tools to support content production Publish and maintain courses in our LMS Who Are You? We're looking for someone who enjoys building training – the whole way through – together with others. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to be able to work within a visual identity and implement it consistently in language, form, and visual choices, so our courses always feel recognizable as YrkesAkademin's. You have a pedagogical mindset and curiosity about new subjects. You have correct language skills and adapt tone and level to your audience. This role suits you if you're flexible and calm when circumstances change. Sometimes we need to reprioritize, wait for materials from subject matter experts, or adapt to new guidelines. Then it's important that you can pivot, find ways forward, and stay composed.
