Digital Marketer for Swedish SaaS (Commission-Based, Remote)

This is a commission-based contract, not a salaried position. Please continue only if this arrangement works for you. I run Tedrix (tedrix.se), a Swedish service that handles SEO for companies automatically: it finds content that has fallen behind in Google, rewrites it, monitors competitors, and works to get the company mentioned in AI answers. The product is built, payments are flowing, and now it's time to scale. That's where you come in. We're a young company with big goals and ambitions. We're building to take a leading position in the Swedish market, and anyone who joins now and makes a difference will see it when we grow. I'm looking for a marketer who really knows this: create ads that work, choose channels, test ideas, and analyze the numbers afterward. You'll own marketing and have the freedom to drive it with your own ideas. Remote, written communication, on your own schedule. Compensation is commission on every customer your campaigns bring in, month after month. No base salary to start—I'm being upfront about that. If you do this well, the role grows with the company: salary when revenue supports it, and a bigger role as we scale. We'll work out the details in our conversation. REQUIREMENTS - Experience creating and running ad campaigns, for example on Meta, and you can show what you've done and the results - Fluent written Swedish; you write the ad copy yourself - Comfortable reading campaign metrics and acting on them - Self-driven: you move your work forward remotely without needing reminders BONUS (not required) - Experience with SaaS, subscription services, or B2B - Basic SEO knowledge - Short-form video and image production (Reels, TikTok) - Landing pages and conversion optimization - Can invoice through your own business or freelance service (we can arrange this; it's not a barrier to applying) Education doesn't matter.
