Digital E-commerce and Marketing Coordinator at Sjöbogårdens Cat & Dog AB About Sjöbogården Sjöbogården Cat & Dog AB is an established wholesaler and distributor of pet food and accessories. The company was founded in 2002 in Sjöbo, Scania, and today has warehouses and offices in Malmö. We supply dog food, cat food, horse feed, bird food, fish food, aquarium products, pet treats, and complementary products to retailers and pet shops throughout Sweden. Our goal is to offer quality and nutritious products at competitive prices. We are now looking for a driven and solution-oriented person who wants to take a central role in our work with e-commerce, digital marketing, products, order handling, and internal projects. About the Position You will work closely with the company's sales team, warehouse, administration, and management. You will also be in contact with external web developers, system suppliers, partners, and customers. The role combines: • E-commerce • Digital marketing • Product administration • Order handling • Sales support • Project management • Technical troubleshooting • Customer and product data You will be an important link between different parts of the business and often function as the hub connecting everyone. Your workdays can look very different. One moment you're handling orders and helping a sales person, the next you're updating products in the webshop, creating a campaign, troubleshooting a web problem, or coordinating a project with external developers. Your Main Responsibilities E-commerce and Webshop You will, among other things: • Update and develop the company's webshop • Work with products, categories, prices, images, and product descriptions • Add new products and customers • Ensure that product information and customer data are correct • Manage campaigns and product presentations • Clean up, hide, and organize products • Optimize product images and content for better performance • Work with basic SEO and search engine visibility • Identify problems in the webshop and follow up on solutions • Collaborate with web developers on integrations, features, and improvements Order Handling and Administration Part of the role involves supporting daily operations by: • Handling and releasing orders • Registering manual orders when needed • Working with webshop orders and orders from other sales channels • Checking prices, discounts, addresses, and delivery dates • Working in business systems and other administrative systems • Setting up and updating customers • Managing customer and product data • Creating and maintaining Excel lists • Assisting with price lists, presentations, and other sales materials Marketing and Content You will also work with the company's digital presence by: • Planning and creating content for social media • Publishing and scheduling posts • Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels • Working with newsletters and email marketing • Building campaigns in tools such as Mailchimp • Writing product descriptions, ad copy, and campaign messages • Producing images, videos, and simple graphic materials • Analyzing content and developing the company's digital communication • Planning contests, sponsorships, and collaborations with content creators • Contributing ideas on products, packaging, campaigns, and branding Project Management and Coordination The role also involves: • Receiving and driving new projects that arise in the business • Gathering information from different people • Prioritizing and following up on tasks • Coordinating contact between sales, warehouse, administration, and external suppliers • Documenting problems and proposed solutions • Testing new features and ways of working • Driving improvement projects within web, systems, products, and marketing • Ensuring that tasks don't fall through the cracks Previous work in the role has included, for example, order handling, product administration, sales support, web troubleshooting, newsletters, social media, product presentations, customer registers, website maps, image optimization, and communication with developers.
