What We're Looking For We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in performance advertising who will work daily in Google Ads and Meta Ads, but also other advertising platforms when needed, such as Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will work directly with our clients and see your role as more than a service provider, but rather as an external extension of the client's team. We believe you're driven both by the work itself and by communication. You find it interesting to talk with clients, understand their unique challenges, and simply enjoy talking with people. You'll have clear responsibility for the client relationship and for driving the work toward the results and goals we've agreed upon. The role requires you to work operationally in accounts while understanding the client's goals, business, and priorities. You Will, Among Other Things Own strategy, structure, and ongoing optimization in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Build, optimize, and develop campaigns in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube. Plan, build, and develop campaigns in Meta Ads based on target audiences, creative concepts, and the client's business objectives. Track client results based on relevant KPIs and profitability metrics. Ensure that measurement, attribution, and decision-making data are sufficient to optimize advertising. Identify what limits growth, profitability, or scaling. Deliver insights, recommendations, and concrete next steps for the client. Maintain ongoing client contact and participate in check-ins. Contribute to developing Grandur's working methods, processes, and client delivery. We Believe That You Are an analytical person who loves to analyze and substantiate your reasoning with concrete numbers. You have curiosity to challenge assumptions and a genuine desire to test new approaches. Are structured in your own work and drive it forward independently. You don't wait for the client to identify the next step; you spot opportunities, problems, and changed circumstances yourself. Have at least three years of experience in performance advertising within Google Ads and Meta Ads and are accustomed to documenting your work and driving it based on clear KPIs. Have a good understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and feed optimization. You also understand how advertising connects with factors such as margins, customer acquisition cost, budget allocation, and the client's overall profitability. Have an understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution. You don't need to be a tracking specialist yourself, but should be able to identify when there are gaps in measurement or when the data can't be trusted. Are AI-positive and familiar with tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your work, but understand that AI is not a shortcut but something that strengthens your own expertise. We also appreciate that you like to share what you know. You function as a knowledge spreader internally and help the whole team become sharper. You also enjoy sharing your expertise through Grandur's external communication, for example in articles, posts, or other knowledge formats. The goal is that you won't work with more than ten clients at any given time.
