At Scorett, we're looking for a digital star who is confident in their decisions and has a sharp eye for detail. Are you the person who sees a conversion opportunity in every pixel and can't relax until a campaign is optimized to perfection? Then you're the one we're looking for! As a Digital Marketing Specialist with us, you'll be the hub of our digital presence – from homepage to ad. You'll work with multiple brands and have plenty of room to test, measure, and improve. Here are some of the exciting areas you'll get to sink your teeth into: Update and optimize our homepages and landing pages to provide our customers with the best possible experience. Plan, set up, and monitor digital advertising in channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising like social media, etc. Analyze traffic, conversions, and campaign results – and transform insights into concrete improvements. Work closely with our creative team on content and messaging for web and advertising. Ensure that the right message appears in the right place, at the right time, across our digital channels. You'll work closely with our e-commerce director and the rest of the team, which currently consists of 10 passionate professionals in marketing and e-commerce. You'll report directly to our e-commerce director, and together we'll make sure our digital presence doesn't just work – it shines. Background and Qualifications: You have experience working in a CMS system (Viskan, Wordpress) and feel comfortable updating web pages. You have experience with digital advertising, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising. You are analytical and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and evaluate results. You collaborate easily in a team and communicate well with different skill sets. You are organized, like order and structure, but also thrive in a fast-paced environment. Merits: Experience from retail – preferably in fashion Knowledge of SEO Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop) for simple image editing. Most importantly – you are a curious and unpretentious colleague who enjoys testing new ideas, following up on results, and sharing what you learn along the way.
