About the Operation Welcome to the dietitian operation in Region Dalarna! We are seeking a dietitian for our specialized care operation. The specialized care dietitian operation is part of a county-wide organization within the Division of Medical Services. We are located at hospitals in Avesta, Falun, Ludvika, and Mora. Together, we form a team that works closely with one another, despite being geographically dispersed. We are co-located with our dietitian colleagues who work with primary care. We are currently in an exciting phase where we will be reorganized together with other rehabilitation professions such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and speech-language pathologists. This creates new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development of patient care. Job Duties As a dietitian with us, you will work broadly within specialized care with nutrition treatment for patients and their families. You will meet patients individually and in groups, both in departments, clinics, and through digital contacts. The work is varied and encompasses many different diagnoses, which provides a broad and developmental clinical day. You will have your workplace at one of our hospitals but work in close collaboration with dietitian colleagues throughout the county. Together, we contribute to equitable and quality-assured care for our patients. You are also important support to other healthcare staff in nutrition matters. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: is a licensed dietitian has good ability to write, understand, and document in Swedish Meritorious: We would like to see that you have experience working in health and medical care You are confident in your professional role, enjoy collaborating with others, and thrive in an operation where people help each other You have a structured working approach and can adhere to common procedures and decisions Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
