About the Workplace Hälsan Östertälje is a primary care rehabilitation unit in Södertälje. We have extensive experience in conducting rehabilitation services. We are looking for you, a licensed Dietitian, who is seeking a truly great workplace. Our team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, receptionists, dietitians, and chiropractors. You will have several dietitian colleagues to collaborate with. Everyone has experience in primary care and a positive attitude toward interprofessional cooperation. Responsibilities Standard duties for a dietitian in primary care rehabilitation, i.e., nutritional treatment for both adults and children with various needs. This includes clinic visits, individual and group sessions (such as arthritis school and fall prevention groups). The work also takes place in patients' homes when needed. We collaborate across professions with a patient-focused approach. Medical record documentation is done in TakeCare. Qualifications Licensed Dietitian. We are looking for someone with an interest in varied and creative work in primary care. A driver's license (category B) is required. Experience working in primary care is a merit. We have an established mentorship program to ensure the best possible introduction. Personal Qualities You are positive, flexible, and take initiative. You are a good team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues. You have good interpersonal skills and multicultural competence. Personal suitability is given great consideration.
