We are now seeking an engaged and driven diabetes nurse to strengthen our team at the clinic!

DUTIES
As a diabetes nurse with us, you work from a health promotion and disease prevention perspective, but also in acute situations. You are an important part of an engaged team. With us, you are offered a versatile and exciting daily routine, with balance between patient contact and administrative tasks. You meet patients of different ages in different life situations, which means fun and varied work.
The duties consist of, among other things, independent clinic work and assessment consultations. You will handle care planning, support for self-care and follow-up of patients, as well as prescription of consumables within diabetes care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work in medical outpatient care. It is advantageous if you have previously worked as a diabetes nurse.
As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and service-oriented, and you treat both patients and colleagues in a respectful and professional manner.
You have good communication skills, are accustomed to working in various IT systems, and have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great importance on your personal suitability.
