About the Position Meliva Kungshörnet is a health center with a holistic perspective, conveniently located near public transportation and green spaces. With us, dedicated doctors, nurses, psychologists, and nursing assistants work in a professional team focused on the patient's best interests. We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good computer skills and experience in clinic work. You have specialist training or standalone courses in diabetes. Prior experience working in diabetes care is a plus. At our clinic, you work together with other professional categories. As a diabetes nurse, you plan your own clinic and conduct follow-up visits/telephone availability. The work also requires educational initiatives for these patients. You meet patients of all ages and handle everything from acute symptoms to follow-up for chronic conditions. You become a key person in our work on preventive and health-supporting interventions through project planning, assessments, and lifestyle counseling.
