Diab Seeks Production Technician

We are in an expansive phase where we are increasing production capacity at our site in Laholm with new production lines and an increasingly automated production facility. We are looking for you to be part of our improvement team as a production technician. About the Role Diab's production site in Laholm has process manufacturing as well as subsequent processing machines, ranging from saws to robots and CNC machines. As a production technician, you will be at the center of events. You are responsible for driving technical solutions in our production departments so that the departments reach their goals. You are part of the production technical group while also being part of the team organization within production. Together, you drive improvement efforts for our production technical development so that we have the right machinery and infrastructure. In your work, you also collaborate with logistics, quality, environment, and maintenance in both ongoing work and in project form. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement improvements in production with technical solutions in focus. Analyze production data and relevant facts in developing improvement proposals. Project lead and coordinate projects involving multiple functions, both internal and external. Specify or design equipment to be purchased or built internally in connection with improvements. Responsible for communication and information to those involved in the above projects, such as operators, maintenance technicians, department heads, and external parties. Work with time studies/calculations to determine machine and labor times. When needed, support maintenance technicians with troubleshooting. Your Profile We are looking for you who have a technical university education. You have experience in technical work within production as well as experience working in project form. You have good knowledge of the Office package, knowledge within CAD, and are fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. It is also meritorious if you have broad experience in production, production technology, as well as electrical and automation. You have a broad technical interest, are analytical, and are passionate about creating sustainable technical solutions. As a person, you are driven, efficient, organized, and cost-conscious. You have good leadership skills where you succeed in motivating and engaging your project participants and have a talent for building well-functioning teams. You have strong communication skills and enjoy having many contact points, both internally and externally.
