About the Role
DHL Freight's customer service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service related to our domestic/international products. We are approximately 140 employees working together on Smedjegatan.
As a CS Advisor, you handle customer inquiries before, during, and after transport via phone, email, and chat. Our customers are spread throughout Sweden and include both business customers and private individuals.
Availability, quality, and customer interaction are crucial for us – which is why your commitment and customer focus are incredibly important.

Your Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, and chat
Provide service and resolve issues related to our domestic/international products
Work across multiple systems in parallel to deliver fast and accurate service
Collaborate closely with colleagues in customer service and other functions within DHL Freight
Contribute to continuous improvements in our working methods

Who Are You?
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Higher education or equivalent
Good computer and system skills
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in customer service (1–2 years) is a merit
