Then the role of Customer Monitoring Specialist at Securitas Technology could be your next job!
Tasks and Responsibilities
As a Customer Monitoring Specialist, you will work at our alarm center handling customer contacts via phone, chat, and email. You are responsible for managing security-classified customer cases through our case management system. You act in an advisory and proactive manner when interacting with our customers and partners.
This is a part-time position with varying working hours. There is an opportunity to work day, evening, and night shifts, which requires flexibility but also allows you to adjust your work to fit your lifestyle.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
Previous experience in service and customer contact.
Good ability to learn and work efficiently with systems and other digital work tools.
Basic security understanding.
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, as both languages are used in the work.
It is meritorious if you have experience from similar roles where case handling via phone and email has been a regular part of the work.
