Your Future Challenge As a Sub-Project Manager, you will lead, develop, and follow up on sub-projects. Through clear objectives and follow-ups, you create good conditions for the project team members to achieve results and development. You will, among other things: - Be responsible for daily planning and follow-up of project deliverables (schedule, quality, cost). - Coordinate material orders according to the project timeline. - Communicate activities to planners/preparers for proper prioritization. - Plan with and inform assigned resources in the project. - Work proactively with risk management. - Coordinate with adjacent functions. - Drive improvements in working methods for the Development Workshop's processes. The responsibilities within the DPL role vary depending on the project's scope and structure. You are responsible for ensuring that assigned tasks are completed according to schedule, quality, cost, and internal processes. The role also involves monitoring activities related to prototype manufacturing to create favorable conditions for delivery to internal customers. You implement decisions from project and management groups and drive progress and collaboration across internal boundaries in accordance with established procedures. You will become part of the Sub-Project Management department within the Development Workshop, which currently consists of 16 people with a mix of Sub-Project Managers, preparers/planners, and procurement specialists. Who You Are To succeed in this role, we would like you to have a higher education or university degree and preferably workshop experience combined with experience from manufacturing industry. Experience with SAP is a merit. You are a self-driven person with strong drive and high sense of responsibility. Your collaboration skills are good, as are your communication skills, and you have a clear delivery focus with a natural commitment to achieving set goals. You tackle challenges with a positive attitude and adapt easily in a changing work environment. You work in a structured manner and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
