About the Role
As a Delivery & Contract Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Delivery Manager and become an important part of both the delivery and sales process.
You'll be responsible for holding together many of the administrative and business-critical processes required for our deliveries to run smoothly.
Examples of responsibilities:
Administer and coordinate deliveries to customers.
Draft, review, and administer contracts and appendices.
Ensure contracts are valid and followed up throughout the contract period.
Handle onboarding of consultants and other deliveries.
Order and administer software licenses.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
Resolve issues and challenges before they develop into problems.
Support the sales department with delivery and contract-related matters.
Contribute to the company's work with quality management according to FR2000 and information security according to ISO 27001.
Participate in developing internal processes and routines.
You'll work on many different types of issues where both service orientation and structure are crucial.

Practical Information
Location: Nacka, Stockholm.
Work is primarily conducted from our office. The role is built on close collaboration with colleagues and frequent daily contact with customers and partners, making physical presence in the office an important part of the position.
