We are now looking for a participation coordinator - DELSAM, for a part-time temporary position at Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders. Stockholm Center for Eating Disorders (SCÄ) is one of the world's largest specialist clinics for patients with eating disorders and accepts patients of all ages. We have a well-developed operation with outpatient care, day care, and inpatient care for adults, children, and adolescents. Today we have nearly 300 employees. Our outpatient and day care services are located on Södermalm, and our inpatient care is at Danderyd Hospital, where we also provide national highly specialized care (NHV) for severe, difficult-to-treat eating disorders. Job Responsibilities: The work involves leading patient and family forums at our inpatient care units, and potentially also at day care units and in outpatient care. Regularly and systematically collect and compile feedback, questions, and improvement suggestions from patients and families within the organization. Support, structure, and follow up the organization's work with patient flow, participation, recovery-oriented approaches, and person-centered care. Further, it also involves: Drive and organize the work of the user council. Independently lead educational initiatives and training for staff, patients, and families, both at and outside the clinic. Promote structures at the organizational level to welcome, support, and introduce staff, patients, and their families in contact with the organization. Monitor participation issues, patient perspectives, and children's (rights) perspectives. This position is a temporary role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent employment. Qualifications: It is a requirement that you have personal experience as a patient in eating disorder care, both inpatient and outpatient care, and of recovery. You have openness and transparency about these experiences and the ability to use them to benefit other individuals, groups, or organizations. Your experiences should also not be too far in the past. We want you to clearly describe your patient experiences in your application. Further, we have the following requirements: High school competency Master data collection methods Analyze and report results via Word, Excel, and PowerPoint We would like you to have: Personal experience with compulsory care Education in the field of influence/participation and self-help/peer support Post-secondary studies Knowledge of current legislation Work experience, preferably from the public sector Your Personal Qualities: You have integrity and are at the same time relationship-building. You can shift between individual perspective and organizational perspective. You have a nuanced approach to your patient experiences. To succeed in this role, you need strong collaboration abilities.
