Make a difference. Every day. Do you want to work with evidence-based treatment of children and adolescents with self-harm and suicidal behaviors while helping develop Region Skåne's Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT initiatives? Then this might be the position for you. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Region Skåne is in an exciting development phase. FACT (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) clinics are being established in various municipalities, and in Malmö the FACT Clinic has become permanent after a two-year pilot study. We are now developing an integrated specialized clinic with the goal of offering level-matched care and support services to our patients with complex needs. We work actively, both internally and externally, to expand our treatment offerings and joint initiatives, as well as develop new pathways for collaboration between municipalities and the region. Today, the primary interventions at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT clinic are psychiatric and social assessment, mapping, investigation, treatment, and collaboration. We are now expanding our mission to integrate treatment for more complex conditions, such as collaboration with Lyftet ANB, collaboration psychologists, and DBT teams. Starting fall 2026, we will integrate the DBT team into Child and Adolescent Psychiatry FACT and are therefore seeking an engaged DBT therapist for our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with adolescents with emotional instability and other complex cases, and who is eager to further develop DBT initiatives within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. You will become part of an engaged and interprofessional team of approximately 25 employees working together to create modern, cohesive, and trust-based care for adolescents and their families with complex collaborative support needs. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The position is primarily placed within the clinic and district's DBT team, where the mission involves work according to the DBT model. The duties include assessment, individual and group therapy, skills training, and other standard DBT treatment work, in close collaboration with other professionals on the team. As a DBT therapist on our team, you will work split between DBT and FACT based on need, with work time planned according to your core profession, your competencies, and the clinic's needs. This includes person-centered patient work, with both mobile and clinic visits as well as collaborative interventions in the professional network. Interventions are directed toward patients with both psychiatric and social support needs, and the duties include child psychiatric assessment, investigation, mapping, psychoeducation, collaboration, and treatment according to the FACT mission and within the scope of your professional role. As the clinic is in an exciting development phase regarding the DBT mission, there are good opportunities to contribute to developing stepped and level-matched care for individuals with personality disorders. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS Basic requirements include healthcare education at university level and DBT training, as well as previous work experience with DBT. It is considered an advantage if you have Step 1 training in CBT and have worked within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or other specialist psychiatry. Additionally, you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. A valid B driving license is required for the position. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the target group and who wants to be part of developing future care within Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. You thrive in a developing organization, collaborate easily across professional and organizational boundaries, are flexible, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. To succeed in the role, you are an engaged and initiative-taking person who wants to contribute to both high-quality patient treatment and continued organizational development. We are committed to finding the right candidate for the position, which is why we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
