We are announcing a competition for a vacant position of Performance Data Analyst (Official) in the Performance Management Department (for an indefinite period)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct complex data and KPI analysis, interpret results, identify cause-and-effect relationships and impact on Service operations, preparing analytical reports and studies;
Participate in budget preparation, forecasting and analysis processes, including cash flow monitoring;
Participate in analytical support of strategic tasks;
Develop and improve financial control methodology, ensuring its effective application and quality assessment;
Perform integrated data processing by combining multiple sources, develop analysis and visualization methodologies, prepare analytical reports and interpretations of performance indicators with emphasis on linking, methodology and interpretation;
Monitor the Service's fee-based service revenue plan execution and forecast its completion;
Perform budget allocation within the annual budget framework assigned to the Service across Service budget-executing programs, sub-programs, planned activities in accordance with appropriately defined tasks, as well as organize and control allocation in other sections as determined by Service regulations;
Participate in the development of financial and budget regulatory acts;
Prepare annual financing plans and budget estimates, approvals and submission of amendments.
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Compliance with requirements set out in Article 7, paragraph 1 of the State Civil Service Law;
Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field;
At least one year of experience in finance, economics or accounting, preferably in public administration;
Knowledge of regulatory act development;
Knowledge in financial management, accounting or economics;
Understanding of fundamental public administration operations;
Knowledge in data analysis, statistics and methodology;
Good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs;
Skills in working with the resource management system "Horizon";
Skills in working with accounting, financial management or other accounting programs;
Care for order, accuracy and quality;
Ability to work in a team and manage your own working time.
