Your role As a Data Engineer in the Data, Analytics & AI section, you'll have a central role in our initiative to make data accessible and useful. You'll design and build data pipelines that transform raw data into secure, reliable, and scalable data models for both people and AI agents. The section brings together expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science and AI/Machine Learning, creating great opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Your solutions will form the foundation for analysis, well-informed decisions, and agentic AI solutions. You will, among other things: Develop and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage Build and further develop data models that make data accessible, useful, and reliable Ensure data quality, performance, and stability in the data platform Contribute to the development of data products and AI-driven ways of working Explore and implement new technologies within data, cloud platforms, and AI You'll help further develop our modern data platform and work with data from many different business areas, ranging from production and logistics to finance and HR. What you bring You are a structured and responsible person who thrives at creating order in complex environments. You're curious about new technology, AI, and new ways of working, and are motivated by developing solutions that make data accessible and useful. To succeed in this role, you enjoy collaborating with others, have a problem-solving approach, and can understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Further, you have: Education in data/IT or equivalent experience Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modeling A sense for data quality and making data reliable and useful for different audiences Strong Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written Driver's license (category B) It's a plus if you have experience with any of the following: Practical experience with AI-assisted development and interest in agentic AI Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI, or with semantic models Experience with cloud platforms, modern data architectures, and orchestration tools Experience working in a secure architecture and knowledge of data handling and information security We warmly welcome your application!
