Registration No. LV40003439279 WE ARE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF Occupational Health and Safety Specialist IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT for an indefinite period (0.8 FTE) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct initial, refresher, and unscheduled training and thematic educational courses for hospital employees on occupational health and safety; Arrange for employees to undergo mandatory initial, periodic, or extraordinary health examinations and monitor their completion. Familiarize new employees in structural units with the Hospital's internal regulatory acts in the field of occupational health and safety; Investigate workplace incidents that occur or participate in the work of investigation commissions; Participate in the development and updating of occupational health and safety instructions, internal regulatory acts, orders, and other documentation related to professional activities. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Secondary education plus additional training in occupational health and safety (minimum 60 hours); Experience in the field of occupational health and safety (particularly in a healthcare institution) will be considered an advantage; Ability to understand and navigate occupational health and safety regulations; Knowledge of document management; State language proficiency at least at intermediate level B2; Ability to work with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an everyday user level; Experience working with Horizon software will be considered an advantage; Good communication skills, ability to work in a team; Ability to work with large amounts of information; Initiative and sense of responsibility.
