About the position: Do you want to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment where you can use your language skills daily? We are now looking for a service-oriented and committed customer service representative with fluent Danish! As a customer service representative, you will be the company's face to our Danish customers. You will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email and chat, and help customers with questions, orders, complaints and technical support depending on business needs. Location: Central Gothenburg Scope: Full-time Start: July 27 Working hours: Scheduled Monday–Friday with working hours varying between 08:00–20:00. Weekend work may occur. Who are you? You are a person who thrives in a service-oriented role and is motivated by helping others. You have a solution-oriented approach and are good at communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. You speak Danish fluently and feel comfortable using Swedish and/or English at work. If you have previous customer service experience, that is an advantage, but most important are your attitude, your commitment and your willingness to develop. You work equally well independently and together with others and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.
