As a Customer Service Agent, you'll have the following responsibilities: - Help our customers via phone, email, and social media - Handle returns and complaints - Be part of an engaged team where we have fun at work! We're looking for someone who: - Is a service hero and enjoys customer contact - Has experience from customer service or the service industry (restaurant, retail, newspaper delivery – you know what it takes!) - Is computer-savvy and quick to learn new systems - Is driven by clear goals and likes to achieve them - Is organized and communicative - Has documented experience working remotely and reaching set targets - Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and Danish - English in speech and writing is a requirement If you also have experience with SAP, consumer purchase law, or GDPR, we'll be extra happy! This position is a temporary assignment based on operational needs.
