About the Position We are now looking for someone at the beginning of their career, Danish-speaking, who wants to work in a fun and team-oriented support role with one of our clients located centrally in Stockholm. In summary, your responsibilities include the following: Receive and handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticket management system. Serve as the first point of contact for both customers and internal users. Participate in improving work methods, routines, and the overall customer experience. Work closely with Second Line, internal experts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions. Perform troubleshooting of technical issues in the business system as well as other systems connected to it. Provide guidance on how the systems work and support users with questions related to processes and various types of user challenges. Serve as the first point of contact for both customers and internal users. We are looking for someone who Mastery of Danish and English in both spoken and written form. Has previous experience working in customer service or technical support, or alternatively had a part-time job in customer service alongside high school studies. Has a service-oriented work approach, good communication skills, and enjoys interacting with users and customers. Works solution-oriented, takes responsibility for your tasks, and values high quality in what you deliver. To thrive in the team and succeed in the role, you are a team player who wants to strongly contribute to team culture. Additionally, you are service-oriented and enjoy close dialogue with customers. About the Employment This is a consulting assignment with employment at OIO with immediate start. The idea is that this transitions to a permanent position provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
