You work with children ages 1–5 and have the opportunity to shape both content, environment, and focus. No formal education is required to work as a family childcare provider, but our model offers competitive compensation. This means that even many preschool teachers choose to work as family childcare providers in partnership with us. Working as a family childcare provider means you work independently while being securely employed by us. The work gives you time to truly see each child and build close relationships – something many feel is lacking in larger childcare groups.
