Tire Technician at Däckia in Uppsala

We are now recruiting several tire technicians for the fall tire change season at our workshop in Uppsala. You will work in the workshop receiving customers and their vehicles to change from summer to winter tires. Washing and storing tires will also be a large part of your work. We are looking for you who have previously worked with tires and wheels at a tire workshop and can get started for the fall tire season. The season runs from the end of September for approximately 6-8 weeks. Working hours are scheduled between 7:00 AM–4:30 PM but may vary considerably during the period and you may be called in with short notice. As a tire technician, you should be able to handle all tire and wheel tasks. The work is very physically demanding and you often work at a fast pace. This is a profession that suits you if you are willing to put in the effort, enjoy teamwork, and like meeting customers. We are looking for you who: Have good physical fitness Are reliable and responsible Are driven and take own initiative Are service-minded Are positive and easy to work with other people.
