About the Position As a customer service representative, you work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to provide excellent service to our customers, business partners, and colleagues. Through a proactive approach, you contribute to ensuring an efficient transport chain and a best-in-class customer experience. At our Gothenburg branch, you will become part of the Customer Service team, where you work together to ensure that our services and products meet the company's high quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with other departments, and you are expected to be flexible and contribute where the business needs it. Your Main Responsibilities: Proactive work in our operational and information systems. Contact with customers, business partners, and colleagues via phone, email, and other digital systems. Handling of pickup orders on behalf of customers. Reporting deviations regarding incoming and outgoing goods. Handling of excess and non-conforming goods. Support to other functions on matters related to Customer Service. The position is permanent at 100% with working hours during weekdays. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus who enjoys building good relationships. You work in a structured manner, are thorough, and have an easy time prioritizing in a sometimes high-paced work environment. You are a team player who also takes own initiatives and works independently when required. Since DACHSER is an international company, you need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. Experience from customer service and/or the transport and logistics industry is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
