About the Role As a bicycle repair technician in Stockholm, you are responsible for repairing and maintaining bicycles, from troubleshooting and replacing components to adjusting gears and brakes, as well as installing accessories. The role also includes customer interaction, providing price estimates, and managing inventory — all to ensure safe and well-functioning bicycles. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems on bicycles Replace components and perform repairs Adjust gears and brakes for optimal function and safety Install accessories and upgrade bicycles according to customer requests Perform safety checks and quality inspections before delivery Communicate with customers regarding price estimates and explanations of work Maintain order in the workshop and warehouse, and handle material orders Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and good customer service What You Bring Technical knowledge of bicycle mechanics and experience with tools and troubleshooting Experience with customer interaction, price estimation, and inventory management High school diploma or relevant vocational training is a plus You are driven and take responsibility for your work You deliver high quality, every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at every workplace Salary and Employment Type There are opportunities for full-time, part-time, or on-demand work.
