About the Role As a bike courier in Stockholm, you'll be the heart of fast, personalized deliveries — delivering food and packages, building great customer relationships, and ensuring every delivery arrives safely. What You'll Do Deliver food and packages quickly and safely in urban environments across Sweden. Use and manage delivery apps effectively to optimize routes. Ensure your bike is in good condition and follow traffic safety rules. Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and colleagues. Collaborate with support and team to solve problems and improve deliveries. Follow safety procedures and report incidents when necessary. What You Bring Good physical endurance and experience cycling in urban environments. Experience in delivery work or customer service and basic knowledge of delivery apps.
