About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will work on client projects to identify security risks, detect threats, and develop protections across various IT environments. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders, contributing security expertise in areas such as infrastructure, networks, applications, and identity.
In this role, you may work with everything from vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident handling to log analysis, threat detection, and security assessments. You will also help implement and improve security controls and support development and operations teams on security-related matters. Assignments vary between our clients, which means you need to be able to understand different environments, prioritize based on risk, and translate security requirements into concrete actions.
What We're Looking For
Approximately 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or technical IT security
Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring, or threat detection
Experience with incident handling
Experience with authentication, access control, or authorization management
Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications
It's especially valuable if you have worked with log analysis, SIEM, or other security tools, conducted technical security assessments, or worked on automating and improving security controls. Security certifications such as CISSP or similar are also advantageous.
