Welcome to MiJob – we help you reach your goals Customer Service Manager (75%) – Eskilstuna MiJob is now seeking a Customer Service Manager on behalf of our client. About the Role As Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the customer service function with a focus on high quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You have personnel responsibility for the team and work both operatively and strategically to ensure customers receive a first-class experience throughout their customer journey. The role involves close collaboration with multiple parts of the organization where you become an important voice for the customer and drive improvements based on customer insights and data. This is a part-time position at 75%, which suits you if you're looking for a flexible leadership role where you have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business. Your Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction Develop processes, routines, and working methods within customer service Identify and analyze customer insights and translate these into improvement measures Follow up on key metrics, quality, and process compliance Drive improvement initiatives together with other departments Ensure effective working methods within multi-channel support Contribute to the organization's overall development through a strong customer perspective We're Looking for Someone Who Has at least five years of experience in customer service, support, or customer experience in a leadership position Has documented experience leading and developing teams Has a good understanding of customer journeys, customer experience, and service development Is comfortable working data-driven and making decisions based on analyses and key metrics Has experience collaborating with multiple different functions within an organization Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing It is advantageous if you have experience from e-commerce, Nordic markets, or working with modern CX and CRM systems.
