As a Customer Service and Check-In Duty Manager at Stena Line in Karlskrona, you will be responsible for our check-in team and ensure that operations run smoothly around the clock, every day of the year. Here you will have a key role where you both lead and coach employees, plan staffing, and ensure a first-class customer experience. In this role, you will also represent Stena Line, which means that you, like other team members, wear a uniform during working hours. Some of your areas of responsibility: Lead, motivate, and develop our check-in team of approximately 25 employees, including temporary staff Actively drive and develop our customer service to always provide our guests with the best experience Plan and distribute daily work and create efficient and flexible work schedules—both short-term and long-term Conduct employee reviews and salary discussions to promote personal development and engagement Organize workplace meetings and team meetings to create a positive work environment What we can offer you You will have the opportunity to be an important part of our organization in a role where your leadership truly makes a difference. Working hours are primarily weekdays, but some variation occurs since our operations run around the clock. Travel is part of the position. Your requirements: Previous work experience in customer service Experience leading an operational unit and successfully driving change within your area of responsibility Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Knowledge of health, safety, security, and environment as well as labor law regulations Driver's license (category B) Interested?
