Customer Experience Specialist (Swedish Speaking)

We're looking for you who speaks fluent Swedish to join our team in Aarhus and who wants to help build strong relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and strengthen trust with our property owners. Your Role As our new Owner Experience Specialist, you're responsible for creating a professional, trustworthy, and value-creating experience for our Swedish property owners throughout their journey with NOVASOL. You'll be part of an ambitious and collaborative team that's passionate about building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. Whether it's answering questions, providing advice on revenue optimization, or onboarding new property owners, you'll play a key role in ensuring our property owners choose to stay with us and enjoy doing so. Your Responsibilities Be the primary contact person for Swedish property owners via phone and email Handle both simple and complex cases with a focus on first-contact resolution Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners Advise property owners on optimizing their vacation property and revenue Onboard new property owners and ensure a smooth start with NOVASOL Ensure correct guidance and high quality in all communications Your Profile You'll thrive in this role if you're motivated by talking with people, building relationships, and finding solutions - even when tasks are complex.
