CSG seeks an external shift supervisor on a full-time basis for our SL assignment in Stockholm

We are now seeking an external shift supervisor on a full-time basis (100%) who wants to take responsibility for operational management, our staffing, and to lead and distribute the work that our security guards perform within the subway assignment for SL/Trafikförvaltningen. The role is a link between our employees, business manager, and customer and shall ensure that the assignment is delivered according to the contract, applicable legislation, and CSG's quality requirements.
The shift length is normally 12 hours, working hours include nights and weekend service.

Requirements for the position:
A trained security guard with a valid authorization is a basic requirement. You also need to have at least two years of documented service in the current assignment.
Driver's license, class B.
Documented experience leading and distributing employees.
Your Swedish is very good in speech and writing, and we would like to see that you are multilingual.
As part of the recruitment process, we conduct a mandatory background check and you should also be aware that drug tests are performed.

You need to be comfortable with the fact that the role will have daily contact with representatives from our customer; you will also, in consultation with your business manager, have oversight of our vehicles, employee matters, and work environment-related matters.
The role also includes continuously quality assuring our delivery to our customer according to the contractual requirements that exist.
It may also be good to know that before you can begin your service in the assignment, you will undergo site-specific training for a few days, as well as a certification test.
