How You Will Make an Impact: In your role as Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing the materials and services necessary for our production processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in optimizing procurement strategies will be important in maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. In your role as Procurement Officer, you will, among other things: Lead, negotiate, and finalize agreements for indirect spend for the facility. Ensure competitive and favorable commercial terms. Supplier setup and management. Manage agreement and non-disclosure agreement status and validity. Place purchase orders and monitor deliveries through the ERP system. Review, update, and improve the Procurement Department's SOPs and SharePoint page. Assist other procurement areas with large spend and manage supplier relationships. Participate in projects as commercial lead. Knowledge and Expertise That Matter Most for This Role: We Are Looking for You With: Minimum 2 years of procurement experience Formal education in Procurement Strong knowledge of Swedish and English (verbal and written) Strong proficiency in the Office suite Experience with SharePoint and ERP systems is a plus Desirable: Procurement certification at degree level is desirable but not required Experience in procurement within the manufacturing industry Strong negotiation skills. Team player and ability to work independently. Proven experience in effective supplier management and continuous improvement.
