Drive development together with Region Nord's management As Controller for Region Nord, you'll have a central role in an operation that spans from Mora, Leksand, Gävle to northern Sweden. You work closely with the Regional Manager, CFO, and other leaders to create understanding of the operation's results and identify improvement opportunities. This is a role for someone who wants to be where decisions are made. You're responsible for the region's controlling work while serving as a proactive support to the operation on both operational and strategic matters. Your main areas of responsibility include: * Monthly financial statements and financial reporting * Budget and forecasting work * Results and variance analyses * Post-calculation and investment follow-up * Preparation of decision-making materials for management and managers * Analysis of operational and financial KPIs * Identify improvement opportunities and drive development initiatives * Support the Regional Manager and operations with recommendations and action plans You report to the Regional Manager Nord and work closely with the company's CFO. The role involves many contact points, including with the operations manager, department heads, operations managers, and administrative functions. Are you the business-savvy Controller we're looking for? We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in controlling and financial management, but who is also motivated to understand the operations behind the numbers. You're curious, communicative, and enjoy translating analysis into concrete recommendations that create business value. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: * An academic degree in business administration or equivalent experience * Several years of experience as a controller, operations controller, business controller, or similar role * Solid experience in budget, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis * Good system proficiency and strong interest in digital working methods * Excellent knowledge of Excel or equivalent analysis tools * Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written As a person you are: * Self-driven and responsible * Analytical with good business understanding * Proactive and solution-oriented * Communicative and skilled at building trust * Social and collaboration-oriented * Comfortable both challenging and supporting the operation We believe you have approximately 3-8 years of experience in controlling or financial management and are now seeking a role where you can have greater impact on the operation's development.
