About the Position
As a Controller, you will have a central position within the finance function where you work with accounting, financial reporting, analysis, and monitoring. The role combines operational and analytical tasks and gives you the opportunity to work broadly across the entire financial process.
You will be responsible for important parts of ongoing accounting and year-end close, while supporting the business through financial analyses, reporting, and decision support. The role involves many touchpoints and close collaboration with both management and operations.

Area of Responsibility
In the role, you will, among other things:
- Work with accounts payable and receivable, ongoing accounting, and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and annual reports
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling work
- Monitor business results, key metrics, and financial development
- Develop analyses and decision support for management and operations
- Contribute to the development of internal controls, financial processes, and governance
- Identify and drive improvement initiatives within digitalization, automation, and AI
- Provide qualified support on financial matters to various parts of the business
- Participate in development projects and other strategic initiatives
Relevant Background
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Academic degree in economics
- At least five years of experience in qualified accounting work
- Experience with independent year-end close work
- Experience from Big 4
- Experience in financial reporting, monitoring, and analysis
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling work
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office programs
- Experience with accounting systems
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Experience in process development, automation, or change management
- Experience using AI tools in your work
- Experience from financial services or regulated environments
