As a controller with us, you'll use your analytical skills where they make the greatest impact in social services' work for children, youth, and adults. You'll combine finance, procurement, and development work while working closely with operations. We're now seeking a controller for Spink, the consolidated placement and procurement function, as our current colleague is moving forward within the city. About Spink Spink is Gothenburg's consolidated placement and procurement organization within social services. We're part of the Social Services Administration Southwest, but work on behalf of all social services administrations and the administration for functional support. The workplace is located on Stora Badhusgatan in central Gothenburg. We work to ensure every service user receives the right intervention, at the right time, and at the right cost. We provide social workers with qualified placement support, coordinate supplier monitoring, and work strategically with category management within children, youth, and adult services. We're now implementing PRIIS, an IT solution that municipalities in the Gothenburg region use jointly for placements and procurement within social services. We support nine additional municipalities with registry care, supplier monitoring, and legal support. You'll join us as we build tomorrow's procurement processes for the entire region. A Role with Major Impact As a controller at Spink, you'll have a key role in developing the social services administrations' procurement and needs provision work. Through analysis and monitoring, you'll contribute to ensuring the right interventions meet the right needs, with high quality and good cost efficiency. You'll develop procurement processes through digitalization and contribute to regional efforts against welfare fraud. Your Responsibilities In this role, you'll among other things: prepare financial reports and needs analyses for procurements analyze and monitor agreements, purchases, and cost development prepare decision-making materials and analyses related to category management—how we strategically work with procurement areas prepare financial reports for negotiations and renegotiations of agreements lead development activities within finance, procurement, monitoring, and digitalization compile, analyze, and visualize statistics and key metrics, including in Power BI contribute to developing digital tools and working methods, including PRIIS collaborate with social services administrations and regional networks around procurement processes, needs provision, and work against welfare fraud Who Are You? We're looking for someone with several years of experience as a controller within finance and/or procurement who enjoys working close to operations. You have an analytical approach and enjoy turning data and analyses into concrete improvements. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive your work forward even when managing multiple issues in parallel. You also appreciate working together with others and actively contribute to a good collaborative climate.
