We are looking for you who have a solid background in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling and who want to continue developing in a broad role with significant responsibility. You enjoy working analytically, have a structured approach, and appreciate collaborating with many different functions within the organization. Requirements and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or equivalent. At least 6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling. Experience leading finance functions, projects, or external finance providers, such as group leader roles. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning. Good knowledge of accounting and Swedish tax regulations. Experience with system implementation and process development. Good experience with accounting systems and financial tools. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious: Experience from the energy or infrastructure sector is a plus. As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical, and responsible. You have good communication skills and naturally build strong relationships with both colleagues and external partners. You are driven by developing working methods, identifying improvement opportunities, and are happy to take own initiatives. In this role, you will have a central function within the finance department where you are responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and follow-up for parts of the business. You work closely with the CFO and several internal functions to ensure high quality in reporting and accounting while contributing to the development of processes, systems, and working methods. The role suits you if you want to combine strong accounting responsibility with controlling, analysis, and business development in an organization where improvement work is encouraged. With work tasks that include, for example: Responsibility for financial reporting for parts of the company structure. Ensure quality and accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Prepare and follow up budgets and financial forecasts. Update cash flow forecasts and conduct financial analyses. Responsibility for VAT reporting and support with corporate tax. Participate in annual accounts and consolidation of companies. Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors. Review balance sheets, reconciliations, and financial documents. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and legal requirements. Participate in implementation of financial systems and digital tools. Drive standardization and streamlining of accounting and reporting processes. Work closely with operations and internal functions within finance, data, and reporting.
