Contract Manager Would you like to develop Keolis' business in West Sweden and Scania? Keolis is seeking a Contract Manager who wants to take a key role in developing our operations and collaborations with our clients. As Contract Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing our traffic contracts together with operations. You drive the commercial agenda, represent Keolis in contract and development matters, and build long-term relationships with our clients. The role combines business development, negotiation, contract matters, and relationship building, and gives you great opportunities to influence both operations and our business. About the Role Public transit contracts are comprehensive and complex, and are continuously affected by changes in traffic, travel patterns, external conditions, and the client's priorities. As a Contract Manager, you need to understand how changes impact the business as a whole and translate that understanding into commercial decisions. You identify opportunities and risks in our contracts, drive business development together with operations, and are an important counterpart to our clients. The role primarily covers our traffic contracts and operations in Gothenburg, Lund, and Landskrona. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage Keolis' business with our clients. Drive contract development and contract-related change matters. Identify and assess business implications of changes in contracts and operations. Represent Keolis in dialogues and negotiations with clients. Build and develop long-term relationships with clients and other key stakeholders. Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations on business and contract matters. Contribute to strengthening the commercial perspective in operations. Collaborate with traffic areas, finance, legal, procurement, and other support functions. Is This You? At the same time, you are skilled at building trust and long-term relationships with customers, collaborators, and decision-makers. We believe you will succeed in this role if you: have experience developing business, customers, contracts, or operations, are experienced in handling complex issues where multiple perspectives need to be considered, understand how operational, commercial, and contractual matters are interconnected, can drive matters independently from idea to implementation, are skilled at building trusting relationships, express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You likely have academic education in, for example, economics, engineering, or law, or equivalent competence through experience.
