Do you want to work in a technical specialist role where quality, structure, and traceability are crucial? As a Configuration Manager at LFV, you will be an important part of the chain from received source code and documentation to quality-assured delivery and archiving. You will work with systems within air traffic management in a mission-critical and safety-critical operation where every delivery must be correct, complete, and traceable. About the position You will be part of a team of 20 people with different technical competencies and areas of responsibility. Within configuration management, you will work together with two colleagues. The team is responsible for operations, maintenance, and further development of several air traffic management systems as well as deliveries within national and international projects. We work with four levels of configuration management. Tasks range from controlled archiving to advanced deliveries where installation media and delivery packages are built from source code, quality-assured, delivered, and archived. You will also participate in a multi-year project that will introduce a new air traffic management system. There you will have the opportunity to help shape how LFV receives, establishes, and deploys the configuration management service for the new system. Responsibilities You will, among other things: receive and manage source code, binary files, and documentation verify that deliveries are correct, complete, and traceable build and quality-assure delivery packages and installation media document and archive approved configurations support operations with questions about software, documents, versions, and archiving develop procedures, documentation, and processes contribute to improving efficiency and automating work methods participate in establishing configuration management for new systems. We are looking for you who have post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience have basic experience with scripting from education or work life have technical interest and enjoy working methodically according to clear processes are thorough, structured, and place high value on quality and traceability want to deepen your expertise in a specialist area and contribute long-term can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
