Job Description Do you want to take on a key role and develop the finance function in an international IT company? As Commercial Finance Manager Nordics, you are offered a strategic and operationally close key position in a growth environment. You will become part of the Nordic management team and assume overall responsibility for the finances of an organization encompassing 13 companies in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The employment for this role is with Hostek AB, a company within the Miss Group, and the position is based at Miss Group's office in Kungälv, with the possibility of hybrid work. You will lead a team of 8 people, of whom 4 are direct reports, and are expected to drive the finance function toward a more business-oriented and analytical structure. Your daily work will be characterized by qualified controlling work with focus on budget, forecast, and profitability. The role also includes an important bridge function to the Group's headquarters in London, where you are responsible for ensuring quality and developing the reporting processes. The major challenge, and at the same time the exciting opportunity in this position, lies in driving integration and harmonization work to, together with the finance team, shape an efficient and forward-looking finance function. Selection and interviews will take place during week 32. Responsibilities In your role as Commercial Finance Manager Nordics, you will: Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team. Drive strategic controlling work and analyze sales trends and KPIs. Responsible for budget, forecast, and financial follow-up at both company and regional levels. Ensure efficient liquidity planning. Coordinate monthly closing and consolidation and responsibility for reporting to Group management in the UK. Identify areas for development and drive harmonization of financial systems and processes across the Nordic region. Support other parts of the management team with financial analyses and recommendations. Qualifications You hold an academic degree in finance or equivalent field. Several years of experience with qualified finance work, preferably in a leading role with personnel responsibility. Previous experience working with business control, budget, forecast, and business analysis. Experience from an international or Nordic company structure, within a group with a foreign parent company. Good system knowledge and experience with business systems and BI tools. Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are business-oriented, structured, and comfortable in changing environments. You have a pedagogical communication style and move smoothly between operational details and group-wide strategies. You are a humble and inclusive leader who values communication and collaboration and invites dialogue.
