About the Role As a Commercial Coordinator, you will become an important support to our Commercial Managers and work with everything from product administration and campaigns to analysis and follow-up. You ensure that our product and price information maintains high quality, coordinate information between different departments, and contribute to the efficient development of our categories. This is a role for someone who likes order and structure, but also wants to understand the business behind the numbers. We see this role as a long-term investment. Once you have learned our systems, processes, and assortment, you will gradually have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility. Over time, we want this role to encompass more commercial tasks, greater independent responsibility within categories, and closer collaboration with our suppliers. Your Responsibilities Administer and quality assure product, price, and supplier data Support the Commercial Manager in assortment work and price updates Prepare reports and analyses regarding sales, inventory, and categories Coordinate campaigns and ensure information reaches the right departments Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouses, and other internal departments across borders Handle documentation and contribute to the development of working methods and processes. You like taking responsibility, see opportunities for improvement, and want to develop together with the business. We would like to see that you have: Experience from retail, procurement, product administration, category management, or similar administrative roles Strong Excel skills and an interest in data and analysis Experience with business systems, ERP, or PIM systems is a merit Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Why Choose Motonet?
