You contribute to standardized practices, increased adoption, and measurable business impact. What You Will Do Drive implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up for commercial capabilities. Support markets and partners in implementing end-to-end processes for SME sales. Receive, structure, and prioritize incoming development needs within fleet. Translate operational feedback into clear requirements, improvement suggestions, and material for testing and releases. Monitor usage, training, processing times, bottlenecks, and delivery results. What We Are Looking For Experience with commercial implementation, market rollout, change management, or operations development in an international environment. Ability to transform complex needs into clear scope, responsibilities, activities, and requirements. Experience coordinating operations, digital teams, and stakeholders across finance, legal, and sales. Practical experience with training, hypercare, case management, process documentation, and continuous improvement. Desirable experience from the automotive industry, B2B sales, fleet, retail, or partner-led sales channels. Technology & Tools CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Jira and Confluence. Digital sales and partner portals. Adoption dashboards, reporting, and process documentation. Practical Information Location: Gothenburg, Sweden. Work arrangement: Hybrid, with flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. Language: English in a professional work environment.
