Do you want to work in a role where service, communication, and problem-solving are in focus? We're now seeking an engaged and organized Collection Advisor who wants to become part of our team. In this role, you'll have significant responsibility as the primary contact for assigned customers and will be responsible for managing cases related to your customers' matters. About the Role As a personal case handler, you'll have an advisory function toward our customers, and the position requires you to have strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role involves contact with debtors and government agencies in your capacity as a representative. Additionally, you'll take legal collection actions and work to reach settlements with debtors regarding payment plans and similar matters. We're Looking for You: Have experience in customer service, administration, or claims handling. Have strong analytical skills and make decisions based on clear evidence. Have excellent communication skills. Speak Swedish fluently in speech and writing and have good experience with English, both written and spoken. Are accustomed to working carefully and systematically and are a natural team player. Merits: Industry experience is a merit but not a requirement. Secondary education is a prerequisite. A focus on economics or equivalent is a merit, as is post-secondary education in economics/law. We Offer: Generous wellness allowance, occupational pension, and health insurance.
