Svenljunga Municipality - we offer the good life! 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES We are now looking for two solution-focused work leaders/coaches for our Aktiv Kraft activity. Aktiv Kraft is an activity financed by the Sjuhärad Coordination Association. Aktiv Kraft is a work preparation activity where individuals who initially may have low activity levels receive support to progress toward employment. Through your creativity, you find solutions both for individual persons and by organizing group activities so that people improve their health and can become employable. As a work leader/coach with us at the Employment Unit, you will work with varying tasks. In your role, you will meet people of different ages with different experiences and backgrounds. Initially, you will conduct joint planning with the referrer and participants, which you will then follow up through development plans. As a work leader/coach, you guide, inspire, and motivate people who are job seekers or on sick leave but want to move forward toward work or studies. You should be comfortable leading group activities, wellness activities, and creative creation that you design together with colleagues, conducting individual conversations, and being able to guide in various work tasks in a pedagogical way. Much of the work also involves collaboration with staff within the Employment Unit and with external actors such as the Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Social Services, and the health care system. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in the role of work leader, you should have relevant post-secondary education for the position or work experience that corresponds to what we are looking for. Your education/work experience should include, for example, social work, health, rehabilitation, social pedagogy, or behavioral science. We would like you to have experience working with labor market issues. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, other social problems, newly arrived immigrants, and people from non-European backgrounds is considered a merit. Motivational conversations, ACT, 7-tjugo, and the Supported Employment method are also meritorious. To be a good fit as an employee with us, we want you to have great respect for each person's differences and individual needs. That you believe every person can succeed with the right support and tools we see as self-evident. You are proactive and curious while at the same time calm and have a good ability to listen and cooperate. We see that you are accustomed to handling and have experience with documentation.
