About the Position
As a CNC Operator, you hold a meaningful role in production, where your technical expertise and precision contribute to efficient production and high quality.
You are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating CNC machines according to specific drawings and work orders, with a strong focus on precision and quality. Through careful measurements and inspections, you ensure that manufactured parts meet high standards.
The role also includes responsibility for machine maintenance, reporting deviations, and close collaboration with production planners to optimize workflow. You also play an important role in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline production processes and contribute to a safe, well-organized, and efficient work environment for our client.
About You
Formal Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has completed CNC training or has substantial experience working with CNC-controlled machines and precision measurement. Requirements for the position are a valid driver's license (Class B) and access to a vehicle. The ability to work various shifts is required, including both day and evening shifts. Your ability to organize and plan your work in a structured manner is crucial to your success in this role.
Desirable Qualifications
It is desirable if you have a technical workshop education with a focus on CNC or equivalent work experience, as well as welding skills. Experience working at a fast pace and knowledge of machining work from previous employment are also major advantages. Positive energy that inspires those around you and a strong ability to collaborate with the team will make you an even more attractive candidate for the position.
