We are now seeking an experienced CNC technician for an established industrial company in Sjöbo. You will work in a modern production facility with advanced machinery and be an important part of the manufacturing process, from programming to finished component. About the Position In this role, you will be responsible for independently setting up, configuring, and programming CNC-controlled machines. The focus is on turning, but milling is also a natural part of the work. You will machine components with high precision and quality requirements, primarily in stainless steel and bronze. Your responsibilities will include: Programming and optimization of CNC machines Turning and milling components according to drawings Drilling, threading, and cutting Pressing work and manual machining Inspection measurements and quality assurance of finished products Continuous improvement work in production The work involves close collaboration with colleagues while you are expected to independently manage your own tasks. Practical Information: Location: Sjöbo Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 07.00–16.30, Friday 07.00–12.30 Start: By agreement Your Profile We are looking for someone who: - Has several years of experience in CNC machining, preferably at least five years - Is confident in independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines - Has a good understanding of technical drawings and measurement techniques - Has worked with CAM systems, such as CAMWorks or equivalent - Is quality-conscious and has a structured work approach - Takes responsibility for your work and contributes to good collaboration - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written - Holds forklift certificates A and B Additional Merits - Experience in supervisory or coordinating roles - Knowledge of multi-operation machines or complex machining - B-class driving license and access to your own car Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
