CNC Technician / Production Planner – Independent Role in Workshop Environment

Would you like to work in a flexible, tech-focused environment where you take responsibility from concept to finished part? We are now seeking an experienced CNC technician/production planner for a well-established mechanical engineering company. You will have a central role in production where you work with advanced custom parts and short production runs – with significant freedom and responsibility. This is a recruitment on behalf of our client, which means you will be employed directly by our client. About the Role This is not an operator position – we are looking for someone who can handle the entire process. You will: Program in Fusion 360 and/or EdgeCAM Work with Heidenhain control systems (experience is a merit) Independently set up machines and run programs Work with manufacturing from drawing to finished part Participate in production planning and optimization We are Looking for You if You: Are a self-driven CNC technician or production planner Have experience with programming (Fusion 360 and/or EdgeCAM) Have strong blueprint reading skills Can set up and operate CNC machines independently Speak and write Swedish fluently Thrive in an informal environment and collaborate well with others Personality is important – we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, engaged, and not afraid to take responsibility.
