About the Position We are now seeking a CNC lathe operator for our client in Viared. This is a long-term position suited for someone with experience in programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes, and who thrives with independent and responsible work. You will become an important part of production where quality, precision, and technical expertise are in focus. Work is performed in two shifts. Job Responsibilities As a CNC lathe operator, you will, among other things: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes. Machine parts according to drawings and manufacturing specifications. Perform quality inspections and measurements. Optimize machining processes for high efficiency. Troubleshoot and ensure stable production. Contribute to a safe and quality-conscious work environment. About You We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC lathe operations and who feels confident throughout the entire process – from programming to finished part. We would like to see that you have: Experience with CNC lathe operations. Knowledge of programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. Good skills in reading drawings and measurement techniques.
