About the Position
Would you like to work in a modern industrial operation where quality, personal responsibility, and technical development are in focus? We are now seeking an experienced CNC lathe operator for a well-established company in Lidköping that continues to grow and invest in its production.
About the Position
As a CNC lathe operator, you will work with the manufacturing of components in short and medium-sized series. The work includes setup, tool changes, measurement, adjustments, and ongoing quality controls. You work independently to ensure that production maintains the right quality and efficiency.
Production is characterized by many changeovers and varying details, which requires technical understanding and precision. The company actively pursues skills development and offers excellent opportunities to advance within the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in CNC lathe work in manufacturing industry who enjoys taking personal responsibility in daily work. You have good understanding of setup, measurement, and machine adjustments, and feel confident making adjustments when needed.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and practically minded. You work well both independently and with others, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
• Experience with CNC lathe work
• Experience with tool changes
• Experience reading technical drawings
• Proficiency in Swedish, spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
Desirable
• Experience with machine programming or program adjustments
• Experience with short series and frequent changeovers
• Forklift and overhead crane certification
Work Hours: Day shift or evening shift
Start Date: By agreement
