Your day-to-day – technology, problem-solving, and development As a Setter / Production Technician, you'll have a varied and technically exciting role. You'll do things like: Set up, adjust, and optimize production machinery Work with modern and advanced machines Troubleshoot and solve technical problems Optimize production and work methods Work with quality and ensure products meet the right standards Participate in developing and improving production Test and implement new solutions Work closely with colleagues in production and technology Here you'll use both your head and hands to find solutions and get production running as smoothly as possible. Who are you? We're looking for someone with a strong technical interest who enjoys understanding how things work. Maybe you already work as a setter, CNC operator, production technician, or in another technical industrial field. You may also have training in CNC, production technology, programming, or similar.
